Pumps + Water flow = Submersible Savio 5000 gallon per hour pump housed within a Savio Pond Skimmer.
Filtration = Savio Living Ponds Waterfall Filter – Contains both a biological media (ribbon material) and a mechanical media (mesh pad). The Savio filter uses the vortex design with a backflush valve for pumping out debris settled within the housing of the filter. (2) 40w Emperor Aquatic Ultra Violet Clarifiers. Backup aeration is provided via a large air pump driving (2) glass bead airstones.

Our fish vary in size from 12” to 20”. Most of our fish were purchased as 6”-8” Tosai that we hand picked from different Japanese shipments.
Our pond also contains a beautiful waterfall, a centered fountain planted with Parrots Feather, a hardy water lily (Charlene Strawn), tropical lilies (Queen of Siam & Star of Siam), Arrow Arum, Crinum ‘West Indies’ and a large Lotus.
