Grant and Penny Patton's Pond is a rare
treat for pond enthusiasts. As koi judges, they
have spent years creating an environment that is nearly
perfect for koi keeping. The main pond is over
30,000 gallons and houses very few koi. As such,
the koi can grow to be over 36" in length.
Addtional small ponds on their downtown Charleston
property are used for bog plants, quarantine and fry
development.
This is a very large pond with about 20 show quality
koi.
